Free is meant for real single-site / early use with a fair-use student and staff footprint. It is not an unlimited enterprise free forever. When rosters, sites, or messaging volume grow, we move you to a growth conversation — before anything breaks mid-term.
When should we talk about a paid plan?
When you’re past a comfortable free footprint — more sites, larger rosters, WhatsApp-scale announcements, priority support, or formal onboarding help.
Is pricing per student?
We size plans around your institute — student count, sites, and channels are part of that conversation, not a surprise meter running in the dark.
Are WhatsApp / SMS free?
In-app and configured channels vary. High-volume WhatsApp or SMS usually involves provider costs and a growth plan. We’ll spell that out for your volume instead of burying it.
